Your massage will be tailored to your needs. It’s important to remember that you can personalize your massage experience by discussing your symptoms, your pain, tolerance, and the desired amount of pressure you’d like to receive in your massage. Aromatherapy, CBD, deep pressure, and hot stones can all be used during your session. Choice is always yours.

I have been a massage therapist since 2003. My degree is in Integrated Health Care and Massage Therapy. I am also a Registered Yoga Instructor, graduating from Yoga Farm Ithaca, NY.
I spent many years in Alaska where I worked on clients with various issues from stress/depression to post-op care. I whole heartedly believe that our emotions play a major role in how the body feels physically.
I know most people; women especially tend to feel any self-care including a massage, a special treat-an indulgence rather than a necessity. To keep yourself physically and mentally healthy, it is essential to take time to unwind and de-stress as tension builds up in your body. Rather than using a massage as an occasional escape, consider prioritizing it as a part of your overall wellness routine. Maintaining a balanced and happy body is the key to maximizing your active lifestyle.
